Terms & Conditions
Order

Order of floral arrangement must be made 3 days before delivery.

1 week in advance for overseas order, please specify the first and second choice of flowers for flower bouquet / flower arrangement when placing your order.
-
Wedding/conference/party related services must be made at least 2 weeks before the due date.

All order must be made by fax/e-mail/online. We will send a confirmation to you within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
訂購

花卉佈置必須於送貨日三天前訂購。
-
海外訂單須於一星期前提出，請於訂購時列明首選及次選花朵品種。
-
有關婚禮、會議、派對的服務，請於最後限期前兩星期或以前確認訂單。

所有訂單必須透過傳真、電郵或網上訂購確認。我們會於二十四小時內回覆確認通知。如果您在二十四小時內仍未收到有關確認通知，請立即與我們聯絡。
Payment
-
All prices quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and excluding delivery cost.

Orders of less than HKD 3,000 must be fully paid in advance as confirmation.
-
A deposit of 50% of the invoice amount is required upon confirming for orders of HKD 3,000 or more. The remaining balance of 50% must be settled at least 1 week before delivery/date of service. All deposit paid are non-refundable.

Payment can be made in cash or bank transfer (for more detail please check with our staff).

Change /Cancellation of Order

No cancellation of order is accepted.
-
All flowers/plants/goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If you wish to change your order, a notification is required for floral arrangement 3 days before the delivery; and 2 weeks notice is required for wedding services or other related floral decoration arrangements. Made to order goods that require more than 2 weeks production time are strictly non-exchangeable.

Delivery

Please provide us the receiver phone number that is for in case purpose. We will avoid contacting the receiver before the flower delivery.

No delivery charge is required for order of HKD500 or above to location along MTR stations (excluding Tung Chung Line and Tsueng Kwan O line). Other locations will be subject to delivery charges.
情人節送貨
為遇上突發事故時方便聯絡，請提供收貨人的電話號碼。在送貨前，我們會盡量避免跟有關收貨人聯絡。
我們為訂單金額不少於 1500 港元及送貨地點於地鐵沿線 (東涌及將軍澳支線除外)的客人提供免費送費服務，其他地點的送貨費可參照下列表格：

Seasonal Availability

Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers/arrangement shown in the website are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or value may be necessary.

As flowers are natural products, colour may vary from that shown in the website. However, we will make best effort to maintain colour, size and shape of the flower arrangement.

Products in the website are not in scale. The size provided in the website is the approximation; please check with our staff for the actual size of the product.

My Dear reserves the right to adjust the prices of flower arrangement without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of My Dear shall remain final.

礙於季節及地區供應影響，網頁上顯示的各種花卉及有關報置未能全年提供。介時我們會以同等價值的相類似花卉代替。

由於花卉是天然產物，成品可能跟網上顯示的圖片有所差異。但我們保証會以最佳方法保持花卉產品的顏色、形態及體積。

網頁上顯示的所有產品跟實物大小有異。網上提供的尺寸只供參考，請與我司職員查詢有關產品的實物尺寸。

“心悅軒花品及婚禮服務” 保留一切有關調整花卉佈置服務價格的權利，無須預先作出有關通知。如有任何爭議，”婷婷之家” 作出的決定將視作最後定論。
